Daily Alpha Update: Max is Missing?

It's 2:40?! Where in the name of Walt is Sir Max?! Hrm, I'll go out and look for him. In the meantime, have these release notes:
January 19, 2014 [ttr-alpha-g36fce4b]
Maintenance:
• Hugely optimize zone and DNA loading
• Code cleanup and optimization for streets
• Change friend teleportation to use a bit more sane method
• Make friend dialogue use the Localizer for future translation support
• Optimize Estate loading
Bugfixes:
• Fix the cursor and window icon not appearing (For real this time!)
Tweaks:
• When you leave your own estate, friends are now kicked out 15 seconds afterwards rather than 5.
Features:
• Portable Holes have a new destination! You can now teleport to your friend's Estates.

It'd be nice to let your friends visit your house. Also, the owner of the house can select whether to unable or not the visitors while you're somewhere else.

Oh my gosh! this is amazing how now we are now able to have 15 seconds instead of five if our friend leaves their house. I hated how we had only that much time. thank you guys!
