Top o’ the mornin’ to ya! Eugene from Green Bean Jeans here to announce the gloriously grand green festivities of today: St. Patrick’s Day! For an Irishtoon like myself, St. Paddy’s Day is the most wonderful time o’ the year. Forget Cartoonival!

Ya may be familiar with a wee tradition I carry out evr’y year. Green gloves! If ya pop over ta see me at Green Bean Jeans on Oak Street and say the phrase “It’s easy to be green!” from yer top-notch SpeedChat menu, I’ll turn yer knackered white gloves a beautiful shade o’ fresh clover green. Ya may be afraid to try such a bold color, but I suggest ya take a lash at it. Ya may be one o’ the few wee Toons that can shamrock the wonderful color of good ol’ green.

My world-famous green bean dye is made out o’ the finest, organic green jellybeans -- (Whaddya mean they’re not organic?) -- and will add a temporary pop o’ color to yer lil’ outfit. Temporary for now, at least! One day I’ll perfect the recipe ta make a permanent dye so the good ol’ St. Paddy’s Day festivities can be celebrated all year long. Wouldn’t that just be a dream? Since they can’t stay forever this time around, your gorgeous green gloves will last until the 21st of March at 11:59 PM Toontown Time (PDT).

Anyhoos, my dye is waiting ta be-- Oh, wait! I almost forgot! As if the St. Paddy’s Day celebrations couldn’t get any luckier than a four-leaf clover. Guess who found the pot o’ jellybeans at the end o’ the rainbow?! Me! (Who isn’t a leprechaun now, Sir Max?) From the 18th of March to the 20th, jellybeans will be doubled. Aye, that’s right. I decided to share my phenomenal find with the bunch o’ ya, so hop on the Trolley and rack up those jellybeans, Toons! They won’t be doubled for long!
