ToonFest: The Skelecog Conundrum

ATTENTION ALL TOONS: A MEGA-Invasion is in progress!
Skelecogs are taking over Toontown!!!
H.Q. Harry here, coming to you with an important bulletin straight from Toon HQ! As many of you have heard from our whisper broadcasts, on Wednesday a small invasion of Skelecogs began falling into Toontown -- and has now turned into a full-fledged MEGA-Invasion!
Investigations from the Toon Resistance have shown that the Cogs pushed their production to the max after hearing that we haven't opened our ToonFest celebration area yet. That means they're skipping the suits to produce Cogs faster and sending out more than we can count.
ToonFest will open very soon, and until then, we need your help driving back these baddies. As always, Toons who participate in the fight against the Mega-Invasion will be rewarded with double gag experience points.
As another Public Service Announcement: If your ToonTasks are full, you'll want to work on clearing them out soon! I've gotten word that this year's ToonFest will introduce some limited-time ToonTasks to complete, and it won't be us HQ Officers giving them out...

Hi! I less than a year old when it comes to toontown, so this will be my first ever toonfest! I've heard the rumors of Crashfest and it just being an overhyped event, so my expectations are low. But after reading the sentence about limited time toontasks, I'm really excited. Thank you to the ttr team for all the hard work they've put into this whole event.

Toontown Rewritten needs a meter that shows the percentage of Skelecogs defeated, and it fills up the more Skelecogs are defeated, so when all the Skelecogs are defeated we get ToonFest 2016!! :D
