Heya Toons, Smokey Joe here – owner and proprietor of Used Firecrackers down on Loopy Lane! Haven’t you heard? We’re set for a scorching hot summer with clear skies in every Playground – even Donald’s Dock! We couldn’t have asked for better weather for the start of the summer fireworks season!

Shorty Fuse seems to have, erm, “disappeared” after last year’s festivities – looks like he knows he can’t compete with Ol’ Smokey anymore! That’s right, for the third year in a row, the Toon Council has come to me in their time of need. I’m proud that I supply only the finest used firecrackers in all of Toontown! This year, for the first time ever, I’m even selling used candles!

The Toon Council’s summer celebrations start NOW! From now until July 6th at 11:59 PM Toontown Time, enjoy fireworks shows in every Playground at the top of every hour!
